How compatibility works

Connect with a friend, a family member, a partner, or someone you work with using an invite code, and AI writes a compatibility reading from both sets of values.

Before you start

  • Both of you need to have finished the values assessment (48 questions, about 15 minutes) first.
  • Whether you issue a code or accept one, you are asked to agree that a summary of your result (your type name and the shape of your values) is shared with the other person.
  • Only that summary is shared. Your conversations with the AI and your me book never reach them.
  • The name you give the other person is optional and shows only on your own screen.

The flow

Decide the person and the relationship

Add their name (optional) and pick the relationship: partner, friend, family, work, or other. The relationship shapes how the reading is written.

Issue a code and send it

A 6-character invite code is issued. Tap to copy it and send it however you like. It stays valid for 7 days.

They enter the code

Once they enter the code in the app you are connected. There is no cost for the person accepting.

The reading is written

After you connect, the reading is generated in about 30 seconds. You can revisit it any time.

What the reading covers

  • A compatibility percentage (50 to 100, additive) with a label and a spice level
  • A pair name and a line that captures the two of you
  • What pulls you together: the values you both hold
  • A familiar scene where the two of you tend to miss each other
  • A translation guide: their words, rendered in yours
  • A short manual for the two of you
  • What to try together, and what to avoid

Things to know

  • One person can be read for free. Beyond that you need Premium.
  • You can have up to three outstanding invite codes at a time. Unused codes can be cancelled.
  • If a code expires, ask the other person to issue a new one.
  • Re-running the reading with the same person is not available in this version.

Questions

How much can they see?

Only the summary of your assessment result: your type name and the shape of your values. Your AI conversations, your me book, and the name you gave them are not shared.

Do they need to pay too?

No. The person accepting an invite code does not use up an allowance.

Do readings disappear if I cancel?

No. Readings you have already created stay readable after cancelling.
