  • Account Information: Email address and password when creating an account
  • Assessment Responses: Your answers to the 48 values assessment questions
  • AI Consultation Data: Your conversation content with the AI consultation feature (me Card), including concerns and questions

4. AI Consultation Feature (me Card)

4.1 Data Transmission to External AI Services

When you use the AI consultation feature (me Card), your conversation content is sent to and processed by an external AI service provided by Google (Gemini). This data transmission is necessary to provide AI responses.

4.2 Data Storage

AI consultation conversation history and generated me Cards are stored on Google's cloud service (Firebase) linked to your account. This enables:

  • Reviewing conversation history
  • Accessing your me Cards at any time
  • Resuming interrupted conversations

4.3 Data Deletion

AI consultation data can be deleted in the following ways:

  • Individual me Card Deletion: Delete specific me Cards from within the app
  • Account Deletion: Deleting your account will permanently delete all associated data including all me Cards and conversation history

5. How We Use Your Information

  • Generate and display values assessment results
  • Store assessment results locally
  • Provide AI consultation feature (store conversation history, generate me Cards)
  • Properly operate the service

6. Information Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell or transfer your personal information to third parties. However, exceptions include:

  • Transmission to external AI services (Google) necessary to provide the AI consultation feature
  • When disclosure is required by law

7. Security Measures

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to ensure the security of personal information. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Data Retention Period

Assessment data and AI consultation data (me Cards, conversation history) are retained on Google's cloud service (Firebase) until you delete your account or delete them individually.
